Blessings of Independence Day...
Happy FOURTH OF JULY and INDEPENDENCE DAY to everyone!
As my Family and I go about our day together enjoying Barbeque, Carnivals and Fireworks, we will be grateful for the fact that my Husband is safe at home with us this year. For he will be deploying again to Afghanistan in a few months and we will spend the next Fourth of July apart.
Thank you God for the blessings of being together now and of Family!
I hope as Families around the Country go about celebrating our great Nation, that everyone takes just a moment to say a prayer. A prayer for the Soldiers that have served our Country from the Revolutionary War, to World I, to the Greatest Generation of World War II, to Korea to Vietnam to the Soldiers of today that at this very moment are working in 140 degree heat in full uniform in the deserts of Iraq or in the treacherous mountains of Afghanistan.
Thank you Veterans and current Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Airmen and Guards!
